​I have a passion for bread and the culinary arts. People say that artists bring into the world what is inside of them. The flatbread smash burger is what I create. Coming from a lifelong love of food and creating the perfect atmosphere for my customers, whether it is opening my own restaurant or bringing a bit of home to airlines, I take responsibility for the daily making of the bread and its freshness. The bread that you are eating today on your burger is made daily, is fresh, and is made to order. Before finding the perfect recipe for this flatbread hamburger focaccia bun, I tested at least 10-12 flours and took note of protein, pH, and gluten-levels. You can say I'm the bread geek of the family.

My goal is to create amazing relationships with our customers. Growing up in Mumbai, I learned to make traditional curries and Indian cuisine. My specialty is in home cooking and bring the same love that it takes to make delicious foods to treat our guests and customers! My method is to always have a guest leave smiling and happy. I do the PR for the business and it always makes me happy when a customer is treated not like a customer-only, but as a human being. I love helping out the restaurant where ever I can, and supporting my family to do their best. I hope you enjoy your time with us and leave an amazing review!

I’m really obsessed with health and making food that I would feed my family and loved ones. I’ve lived in Downtown LA since 2018 and my dad and I were always talking about collaborating with chefs and restaurants, then we just did our own thing. We started out pretty small and experimenting and going to farmer’s markets. I started with making bone broth and would go home once a week to make bone broth with my dad because he said he could do it a lot better. We finally got into the DTLA Farmer’s Market and because we were here, we started looking at restaurant space. I was also a spin instructor in the area, and when I saw this space in the DTLA become available, I knew I had to do something with it. The next part is just history.
